When charging devices blinking leds indicates percentage left in the powerbank.
0-25% 1, 25-50% 2, 50-75% 3 ,75-100% 4.
When charging the powerbank if all 4 leds binks there is a fault.
The button is to open and close the power in xiaomi devices , led light usb fan etc, or shows with the leds the percentage left.

While on charge i just have 3 lights stay on, no blinking on the 4th. Then everytime i connect it to my phone it charges for 1 second then stops. not sure whats going on here. might be broken
